Play'n Go has announced a new agreement with Kenyan operator Betika, marking its expansion into several African regions.
This agreement will make Play'n Go's gaming content available in Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zambia, and Uganda.
The partnership entails the integration of Play'n Go's portfolio, which includes popular titles like Book of Dead, Rise of Olympus, and Gemix, into Betika's platform.
This agreement intends to increase the diversity of gaming options available to players in these African nations.
Magnus Olsson, CCO at Play'n Go, said on the collaboration: "We're really thrilled to announce this cooperation with Betika, which allows us to enter various new markets for Play'n Go.
"Betika is one of the leading operators on the African continent, and partnering with an operator with their experience and gravity is an excellent opportunity for our company.
"Betika shares our goal of a regulated, sustainable industry and this announcement marks the beginning of what we believe will be a highly successful partnership."
Betika's Head of Gaming, Peter Stagles, added: "The partnership with Play'n Go is a huge step forward for Betika. Play'n Go's amazing game catalogue is an excellent addition to our platform, and we are convinced that this collaboration will establish new benchmarks in the African gaming market.
"We look forward to working together to provide our players with exceptional entertainment." This agreement is projected to increase gaming opportunities and excitement for players across Africa, ushering in a new era in the continent's rapidly developing gaming sector."
Betika has already formed a number of other agreements this year, including a contract with Kiron Interactive in Kenya at the beginning of March.
